Today I would just like to share a life changing process that should you choose to adopt is a “Game changer!” I came across this process mid-2015 and shortly afterwards I read the book and started to follow the steps from within the book. So what is the name of the book I hear you ask? Well it’s “The Miracle Morning” and the author is “Hal Elrod”. Just in case the title of the post didn’t give it away? 
In short it’s a 6 step process under the acronym SAVERS, Silence (meditation), Affirmation, Visualisation, Exercise (movement), Reading & Scribing (Journaling). Hal in his book recommends spending a short time on each step of the process typically around 5 – 10 minutes is what I spend with the exception of Exercise which can vary from 15 to 45 minutes depending on my chosen exercise for that particular day. The idea is to stick to the morning routine on a daily basis and by doing so forms a new habit. Did I mention… the recommended time to start this morning routine is 5:00am!
However you may modify the routine to suit your personal requirements and gain the best personal results. The key here is to find a Morning routine that covers as many or all of the 6 routines, so that you are able to maintain the routine on a daily basis and at a time as close to 5:00am as possible!
What I like about Hal is his passion to help people, his energy, commitment, authenticity and his ability to break complex issues down in too easy to follow processes that other people are now able to follow and understand the benefit of doing so.
I got off track over the Xmas period and it has taken me a while to get back on track so it does take constant effort to achieve but it is possible!
